Out of Town Directions to UMD
Armory: From Beltway, Route
495, use Route 1 South exit, just past the main entrance (Campus Drive) to the University
of Maryland. Look for the visitors center on the right, turn right, at visitors center,
the Armory is directly behind the visitors center.
Parking: Use lots C-1, and C-2 which are located behind the Armory. There is limited parking around the circle in front of the Armory. Additional parking can be found in Lot L. To get to Lot L, take the main University entrance - Campus Drive - make a left turn at the "M" circle, and enter Lot L, please check the signs for current parking regulations, you should be able to park on weekends with no restrictions.
Ritchie Coliseum: From Beltway, Route 495, use Route 1 South exit, just past the main entrance (Campus Drive) to the University of Maryland. Ritchie Coliseum is on the left hand side of route 1, directly across from the Armory entrance. The parking lot is marked "K1", please check the signs for current parking regulations, you should be able to park on weekends with no restrictions.
North Gym: Follow the directions above to the main campus entrance. Turn right from Route 1 onto Campus Drive, make the first right as you go around the "M" circle. Proceed past the first stop sign, at the barn turn left and take the very first right hand turn, follow the road around to the North Gym, which will be located on your right. The new Comcast Center Parking facility is close to the North GYM direct access is available from University Blvd. Highly Recommended for parking in North gym area is poor.
College Park Community Center:
From 495 proceed South on Baltimore Avenue (Route 1) to
Fire House on left, turn left onto Lakeland, go to second stop sign, turn right,
follow around to Community Center on your right, 5051 Pierce Ave. (301-441-2647)
